Consensus workshop
Intervention designed to identify the finer points of a conflict, along with the opinion groups that need to be heeded.
Identification of opinion groups
Through our proprietary software GUIDE, we identify topics in which two or more close-knit groups have conflicting opinions. “An idea may have 90% acceptance in a group, but it will not take hold if the remaining 10% is feverishly opposed and organized.”
Path to acceptance
Once dissenting groups and their characteristics are identified, we organize and facilitate conversations on those specific topics.
Root chaining workshop
Designed for the generation and prioritization of ideas to solve a specific problem.
Brainstorming
Starting from a trigger question, diverse factors that have bearing on the problem are identified. Stakeholders with diverse profiles are included (operative, administrative, legal, etc.) to ensure all relevant perspectives are considered for the solution.
Root chaining
Through our proprietary technology, factors identified in brainstorming are linked together based on their cause – effect relationships, thus forming a directed graph. In turn, the graph is then used to understand processes at work, lay out solution approaches and determine which factors are most impactful.
